  • Age: 25-35 years.
  • Pleasant appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing within the education sector.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Proficiency in education marketing strategies and management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic Japanese language proficiency (N4 level preferred).
  • Experience in market expansion and service development.
  • A highly motivated and responsible individual committed to long-term career growth.

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the school’s services and products to support business growth.
  2. Conduct research, gather survey data, and stay updated with trends in the education sector. Prepare and submit reports.
  3. Actively participate in school events and activities.
  4. Enhance the effectiveness of marketing channels such as social media, digital marketing, and public relations.
  5. Contribute to the creation of new services and market expansion.
  6. Regularly report plans and results to management.
  7. Support and improve internal relations within the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Age: 25-35 years.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with basic Japanese language proficiency (N4 level).
Work Location We recommend a combination of working at the Metro IT & Japanese Language Centre by Knowledge Key (Mandalay) head office.
Working Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM
